May we come meet the available puppies and dogs anytime?

No, dogs are available to be seen on Wednesdays and Sundays 9 am - 2 pm, Special adoption event dates or private meets. Private meetings can only be done with Pre-Approved applicants.

How do I apply for a dog or puppy?

Please complete an application. You can find an online application action on this website. Applications are good for one year from the day submitted.

How long does it take to hear if I've been approved?

24 - 72 hrs once submitted and assigned to a processor. Do not reach out to follow-up until after 72 hours.

How much are your adoption fees?

Puppies are all $595. Adults are less but depend on individual Age, Size, & Health Status.

What do Adoption Fees cover?

The surgical cost of the spay/neuter, a minimum of 3 DAPP shots, Bordetella, Rabies if age appropriate, Lifetime Microchip, Heartworm, and Flea & Tick preventatives started, all de-wormings

How can I volunteer?

Just complete a Volunteer Application online, and our Volunteer Coordinator will reach out to you.

Do you adopt out of state?

We do, however, you must be present in the State at the time of adoption. We do not transport dogs once in rescue

My son/daughter needs some community hours for school. Does volunteering with Amazing Mutts count?

Yes, students 14 years - 17 years may Volunteer with parental approval. Under 14 years requires parental supervision.

Can anyone Foster a dog or puppies?

No, you must be approved by our Foster Coordinator. If interested, please submit a Foster application
